The SS Dragon Fly is a realistic, floating dragonfly imitation designed to attract surface-feeding fish.

Ideal for targeting bass, bluegill, and other aggressive freshwater species, it is especially effective when twitched or popped gently, simulating a struggling insect and provoking predatory strikes.

Tied using an x-small size popper body, , a tail and a #8 hook, this foam fly perfectly mimics the appearance and movement of a dragonfly.

Particularly in calm waters during summer and early fall, the SS Dragon Fly shines. It also performs well in shallow areas or near cover, where fish are ready to ambush. Anglers often pair it with a subsurface fly in a "popper-dropper" rig, providing a dual-attraction for bluegill and increasing the chances of a successful hook-up.
